It would be my honor to support you through these sacred moments! Remember — this is your body, your birth, your why.

We’ll begin with a virtual or in-person consultation where you can ask questions about doula care or simply use it as an interview to see if we’re the right fit. If you decide to move forward, you can select the package that best fits your needs.

Before birth, we’ll meet for at least one prenatal visit to talk about your ideal labor and birth experience. We’ll explore your goals, preferences, and the type of support you’d like from me during your journey.

During labor, I’ll provide continuous emotional and physical support — for both you and your partner. I use a variety of comfort measures, including massage tools, essential oils, and rebozos, to promote relaxation and ease. My goal is to help you feel safe, confident, and supported as you work toward your birth goals.

After your baby arrives, I’ll typically stay 1–2 hours to offer immediate emotional support or breastfeeding assistance. Once you’re settled at home, we’ll reconnect for at least one postpartum visit to reflect on your birth experience, check in emotionally, and offer continued support with feeding or recovery.
