I currently provide services for families across the Denver metro area—from Castle Rock to Thornton! I’m a mom of three with a deep passion for supporting other families. When I’m not cozied up with a book or watching Frozen for the hundredth time, you’ll find me reading (again) or enjoying outdoor adventures with my partner.

I currently offer birth doula support, basic breastfeeding support, and prenatal breastfeeding classes. My mission is to create a space where every woman feels seen, supported, and empowered through one of life’s most sacred transitions. After my own birth experiences, I realized how vital it is for women to have someone who listens, advocates, and helps them make fully informed choices about their care.

I believe birth should be free from stigma and fear. Whether you choose an unmedicated or medicated birth, breast or bottle feeding, every decision deserves respect and celebration. My goal is for every client to feel safe, cared for, and confident—no matter their background, faith, or circumstance.
